Meeting someone for the first time

Meet in a public place and stay in one for the first few dates. Tell a friend where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to be back. Arrange your own transport there and home — don't depend on your date for a ride. Keep your phone charged and with you. If something feels off, leave; you owe nobody an explanation.

Before you meet

Keep conversations on IHaveNoKids until you trust the person — our systems can only protect conversations that happen here. Video chat before meeting in person; it is the fastest way to confirm someone is who their photos say they are. Never send money, gift cards, or crypto to anyone you met on a dating app, no matter the story. Requests for money are always a scam, and we remove accounts that make them.

Protect your information

Don't share your home address, workplace, daily schedule, or financial details with someone you haven't met. Your precise location is never shown to other members — only an approximate distance. Sensitive details you add to your profile, such as sterilization status, are private by default, encrypted, and never shown publicly.

Reporting — and what happens when you do

Every profile, message, and community post has a report option. Reports are confidential: the person you report is never told who reported them. If you report that someone misrepresented having or wanting children, their dating profile is immediately removed from discovery while a human reviews the case within 24 hours — that promise is the foundation of this app, and we act on report, not after confirmation. You can also block any member, which removes you from each other's view entirely.

Our safety team reads every report. To reach a person directly, email support@ihavenokids.com or use the in-app support form. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
