Make the conversation useful

Share a specific experience, ask a real question with enough context, or offer

practical help. Short and emotional posts are welcome; posts with no substance

beyond the title are not.

Childfree means not wanting children, not hostility toward people who have them.
Describe what happened to you instead of attacking a group.
Do not publish another person's real name, employer, contact details, or private information.
Medical and legal experiences may be shared as personal experience, never as professional instruction.

No spam, promotion, impersonation, harassment, or repeated posts.
Disagree with an idea without targeting the person behind it.
First-hand sections such as Sterilization and Providers must describe your own experience.
Vent is the relief valve: no advice is expected unless the author asks for it.

Community threads are public. Use an optional Community persona when you do not

want to post under your named Community identity. Never copy private dating

profiles, matches, messages, photos, assessment answers, or location details

into a public thread.

Automated quality checks provide specific revision guidance before publication.

Members can report posts and comments. Moderators may hide, lock, or remove

content and keep an audit history of those actions.
