How to delete your account

1. Log in to your account on the web at ihavenokids.com or in the app.
2. Open Settings from your profile menu.
3. Choose Deactivation, then Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your profile disappears immediately.

Can't log in? Email support@ihavenokids.com from the address on the account and we will process the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

Your dating profile, photos, likes, matches, messages, assessment answers, and any sensitive disclosures (including sterilization information) are deleted. Community posts and comments are disassociated from your identity and shown as from a deleted account, or you can delete them individually before deleting the account.

What we keep, and for how long

We retain records we are legally required to keep — such as payment transaction records — and safety records tied to moderation enforcement, for as long as the law requires. Backups containing your data expire on a rolling schedule within 30 days. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account, and it does not cancel a subscription — cancel subscriptions in your App Store, Google Play, or web billing settings.

Before you go

You can export a copy of your data from Settings → Privacy before deleting. Deletion is permanent — a deleted account cannot be restored.
